Ordering

Once your order has been processed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find information about the product(s), price, invoice and delivery address.

If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail at: [email protected]

 

Delivery

When ordering till 13:00, the order will be sent the same day.

By ordering an order after one hour 13:00, the order will be sent the next working day.

We reserve the right to longer delivery times during periods of heavy traffic with us or our transport partner.

Normal delivery time regardless of the delivery option is about 1 – 4 days.

 

Letter packages are normally delivered to your mailbox. In some cases, e.g. if the mailbox is full, then you must pick up the package at the post office. If you do not collect the package, the customer will be charged extra costs.

Prices

All the prices in the shop are in NOK and include taxes. We reserve the right to change/correct prices due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and incorrect prices due to misinformation.

 

Right of withdrawal from a contract

If you buy goods online, as a customer you have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract, which is effective from the moment you receive the ordered item.

 

When you use the right of withdrawal from a contract:

You must inform us that you wish to return the goods. Send your message by e-mail to [email protected]. In the content of the e-mail, write – your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the product(s) to be returned.

The products must be returned to us immediately and before the expiry of the right of withdrawal from a contract (statutory 14 days).

You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the products after the return, therefore the products should be shipped original and well packaged.

We reserve the right to deduct from the return amount a sum corresponding to the loss in value compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged products. Shipping is not refundable.

 

Du er ansvarlig for returfrakt, levering og tilstand på produktene ved retur, produktene bør derfor sendes godt pakket inn og i originalemballasje.

På refusjonsbeløpet forbeholder vi oss retten til å trekke en sum som tilsvarer verdifallet sammenlignet med den opprinnelige verdien til produktet for brukt eller skadet produkt. Frakt refunderes ikke.

 

Complaints about goods

All products are checked before delivery. If a product is damaged or incorrectly shipped after delivery, we shall undertake in accordance with current legislation to correct the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.

Complaints must be sent as soon as the defect is discovered.

 

Complaint procedure

Always report any errors or omissions to [email protected] with your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error.

If we are unable to correct the error or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable law. We are responsible for return shipping on approved claims.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product proves not to be defective, faulty or similar in accordance with applicable law. In case of a complaint, we proceed in accordance with Norwegian law.

If there is a defect in the item, the buyer must within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that he or she will invoke the defect. The buyer has always complained in time if it happens within 2 months from. the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the goods. If the goods or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint period is five years.

 

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damage that may occur due to the product.

We are not liable for delays / errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, a labour dispute, fire, war, government decision, restriction of delivery or lack of delivery from a supplier.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for changes in products / product properties that have been modified by the respective supplier and / or other factors beyond our control.

 

Product information

We reserve the right to make printing errors in the online shop and sold out products at the time of order. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as there may be some colour variation depending on screen, image quality and resolution. We always try to display products as accurately as possible.

 

Changes to the general conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online in the shop. The amended terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted in connection with bookings or visits to the site.

 

Dispute and choice of law

In cases where a dispute between a company and a customer cannot be resolved, as a customer you can contact the Consumer Council. For residents of an EU/EEA country other than Norway, complaints can be submitted online via the Consumer Europe website.

In case of a dispute, we are guided by the decisions of the Consumer Council or the relevant procedural body.

Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law.

 

Conflict resolution

 

Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. items 9 and 10. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on telephone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.

 

The European Commission’s complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is submitted here.

Rukiclassic.com always makes every effort to provide you with accurate product information. However, Rukiclassic.com reserves the right to provide incorrect product descriptions. Rukiclassic.com also reserves the right that a particular product may not be available for various reasons.

To do shopping on Rukiclassic.com, you must have a delivery address in Norway (except Svalbard) and you must register with us. Registration is free of charge and without obligation to purchase. We store your information in a secure manner and your information will not be accessible to unauthorised persons. Take care of your password. It is your own security to prevent unauthorised people from misusing your profile. You decide on the password yourself while registering.

 

Rukiclassic.com cannot enter into contracts with minors without parental consent. A binding purchase agreement can be concluded only with those over the age of 15. Credit purchases can be made only by those over the age of 18 and it is assumed that you have a credit card agreement with your bank or card issuer.
